Orders can be placed by phone, social media, or other formal ways, and Babesa Frozen Food provides delivery services across Bhutan. It is the customer's duty to give appropriate delivery addresses and contact information, as delivery dates may differ based on your location. Delivery costs, if any, will be discussed at the time of order placement.
Every pricing is shown in Bhutanese Ngultrum and could change at any time. Orders will only be confirmed upon successful payment or cash on delivery agreement. Payments can be made using mobile banking, cash on delivery, or other approved ways.
Our products are perishable, therefore once they are delivered, refunds are not accepted. However, consumers must tell us right away upon delivery for a replacement if an item is damaged, inaccurate, or does not meet quality requirements. Before providing a replacement, Babesa Frozen Food retains the right to evaluate and authorize claims.
In order to preserve quality and safety, customers are in charge of checking products upon delivery and making sure they are stored properly. Any spoiling or damage brought on by inappropriate handling after delivery will not be under Babesa Frozen Food's responsibility.
